Overview
ChillFold uses thickened cooling composite fabric, polymer soft-ice gel and double hot-press seams. Open the cap and inlet plug, add water, reseal both pieces, then lift and shake the mat to distribute the fill. Inspect the surface, cap and edges before use, and continue to provide shade, drinking water, airflow and supervision.

How is the mat prepared?
Unscrew the cap, remove the inlet plug, add water, reinstall the plug and cap securely, then lift and shake the mat several times to distribute the fill.
How long should a cooling break last?
Check the pet and the mat regularly rather than relying on a fixed duration. Stop use if the surface is damaged or the pet seems uncomfortable.
