Do you manufacture these products?
Pawcursion is a retailer. Manufacturer-branded products remain identified, while a Pawcursion retail name is used only for unbranded items when the supplier permits it.
Why are measurements so prominent?
Vehicle openings, rear seats, pet body shapes and storage spaces vary. Measurements are more useful than a broad “universal” label.
Are the ramps, steps or seat products medical devices?
No. We do not advertise treatment, injury prevention or arthritis relief.
Are back-seat extenders pet restraints?
No. A platform or seat cover is not automatically a crash-tested restraint. Follow the vehicle, product and restraint manufacturer instructions.
Does a cooling mat make a hot vehicle safe?
No. Never leave a pet in a hot vehicle. A travel mat does not replace shade, water, ventilation or responsible supervision.
Are rolling carriers airline approved?
Not automatically. Airline and aircraft requirements vary. Check the exact dimensions with the carrier before travel.
Where do products ship from?
Warehouse origin varies by product. Enter the delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.
Can I ask for a fit check?
Yes. Send your pet, vehicle and storage measurements and tell us where you plan to use the product.
Why can a product become unavailable?
Availability can change when stock, price, delivery coverage or the supplied configuration changes.
